One of the VERY FEW pins we have made in which there is something laying on top of the American Flag. As most of us know, title 36, Chapter 10 of the US Code (Flag code) clearly states that nothing shall rest on the flag of the United States by which all stars and all stripes shall be visible. The dignity of this pin is such we elected to violate this rule. As MANY of our custom clients know, we highly recommend that they do not make this violation and are often grateful to us for mentioning it. Be careful and more selective when you buy any pin that covers too much of the flag.
