Terms, Conditions, and Legal

PIN PRICES INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING:

1. One (1) military-style butterfly clutch with spur/nail. (Ask about other attachments)
2. Up to and including FIVE (5) colors. (Add a color for $0.05 per color per piece)
3. Choice of Metal: GOLD (default) or SILVER plating made on genuine copper or brass material (Ask about additional plating colors)
4. Epoxy cover is FREE on any quantity of PHOTO ETCHED or STAMPED pins.

TERMS:

1. FIRST ORDER: 100% pre-payment.
2. RE-ORDERS: 50% deposit at time of order; 50% prior to or upon delivery.
3. ALL orders 300 pieces or less require full payment at time of order.
4. Prices are subject to change without notice; Confirm pricing directly with a Lapel Pins & More Custom consultant.
5. Minimum order of pins: 100 pieces
6. Pre-production samples can be requested prior to order; standard sample charge is $25.00 plus tooling and shipping, payment must be done in advance.
7. Standard delivery is Six (6) Weeks at the time of order confirmation and payment.
8. Royalty fees, where applicable, are in addition to all pricing.
9. Production overrun of 5% is standard and is presumed acceptable by customer
10. You may submit a rough artwork and we will modify it to finished artwork at no charge; Lapel Pins & More reserves its rights to enforce copyrighted material produced from artworks

Legal:

1. Customer releases Lapel Pins & More from all claims against copyright or trademark infringement (Lapel Pins & More reserves the right to verify customers claim to reproduce copyrighted material)
2. Artwork and all images provided by Lapel Pins & More and it's factories is copyrighted by reference.
3. Reference Custom Lapel Pins and Sell Sheet's are reference only, they are NOT for sale
4. NO former client samples for sale.
